Sending Mail/Packages to Campus
Make sure you use the correct mailing address format for mail and packages sent to your student. Click
here for complete information and follow the instructions
exactly to ensure there are no delays.
No time to create a care package? The
Gold'n Brown Bakery is right here on campus with a variety of goodies to celebrate your student. Campus delivery service is available.
Study Abroad
Is your student interested in studying abroad? Encourage them to attend the
Study Abroad Fair on Sept. 26.
There are many scholarship opportunities available and a student's college may offer scholarships specifically for studying abroad.
In 2017-18 the Haenicke Institute for Global Education awarded over $400,000 in scholarships. Exchange programs (where a WMU student and an international student switch places) can also be an affordable option and in some cases may be more economical than the cost of attendance for a semester on WMU's campus!
Career Preparation
Encourage your student to consider this opportunity to build their career-ready wardrobe at affordable prices.
