" An Evening of Blessing"

Through a short dramatic presentation Susan Herring will share Adriana's devastating experience during the hurricane that hit Puerto Rico last year. Hope came to her family and others through Operation Blessing and Widow's Mite Experience, in the gift of SOLAR PUFFS (portable solar lanterns) and water purification. Christ brought light and hope into the darkness of Puerto Rico through people who cared.

"An Evening of Blessing"  is an evening remembering and honoring our beloved Vera Prior, who had a heart for the ministry of Widow"s Mite Experience.

and has begun to worship with us. He is seeking to buy an old car -
nothing elaborate, just something that can get him from here to there.
If you have such a car to offer for sale, call the church office and we'll get you
connected.

WELCOME NEW MEMBERS!

We are delighted to announce two new families who have decided to make St. Giles their church home. Please introduce yourself and make them welcome. Here are just a few interesting facts to note.

Steve and Ainura Satterfield have a romance and faith connection that reaches around the globe.  She came to Christ while in her native Kyrgistan, from a Muslim background.  Steve was led to the Lord while in the U.S. Navy.  Ainura has done personal care, and Steve is a respiratory therapist at VCU Med.  Welcome!

Robert Wright and Lyn Burton-Wright are back to Richmond after living some years in other cities, having returned to care for her dad.  Both Robert and Lyn are native Richmonders.  Robert is an environmental engineer, and Lyn tutors elementary aged children.  They have a young adult daughter, Elizabeth, here in town too.  Welcome!
