That is why this year, we are committed to reaching more children, families, and family child care providers than ever before.

, you are investing in Greater New Haven's youngest children, and the families and caregivers who love them. With your support, we will continue to make 2018 our most impactful year yet! Here's a snapshot of what our Greater New Haven network has been up to so far in 2018:
Our model Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership, which serves our youngest and most vulnerable children, and their families, with high-quality child care and wraparound services, expanded from 30 children to 46 children!
We culminated year one of our anti-bias and equity initiative,
Building a Better World for Our Children, by coming together to celebrate the power of our family child care community in fostering empathy, compassion, and justice in this and the next generation.
We joined early childhood advocates, parents, and educators in celebrating
the largest federal investment in child care in history! These new dollars will increase access to care for the families who need it most, support quality improvement, and move us towards fair compensation for child care providers.
We continue to serve hundreds of family child care programs through our ongoing programming, including educational coaching, business coaching, the garden project, and monthly professional development opportunities.
