We just can't seem to get enough of the icy stuff this spring. It's like we just keep rolling out the groundhog and coming up winters. Still let's fake it til we make it, shall we? Here's a ray of sunshine for you to keep to yourself and try to hide from the shadow prone winter gods:

And next week we've got Mayor Melvin Carter speaking at Family Values for Life breakfast event as well as opportunities to learn about Construction Prep and Cornerstone Montessori this week.

Just don't let the Groundhog rattle you. We're keeping our name: "Land where the waters reflect the heavens." We're not saying anything about ice or snow. When we get a crate of lemons, here on the East Side , we make a sort of shaved ice lemonade... well into April.

Give us some programs feedback now to help us plan for your interests!

ESABA Gala is coming!
Get Tickets Here!
On May 31st, ESABA's annual fundraiser will celebrate all the good rooted on the East Side! This year we've been asking, "What's your East Side Favorite?" of our members and customers. Held at the MN Humanities Center at  987 Ivy Ave, we will reveal some of the most popular answers from this East Side 50 Favorites Campaign in a Family Feud format drawing on the opinions of our 100 guests!

We are excited to welcome To ny Sanneh as our keynote speaker! Sanneh grew up on the East Side, went into an extremely successful career in professional soccer, and, in 2003, started the Sanneh Foundation to support for youth on the East Side and all around the Twin Cities.

We need ONE more business to sponsor a team of 4 to represent them in our 50 Favorites  Feud! Contact Paris at ( 651) 621-2766 or paris@esaba.org to learn more.

Sponsors! Our goal this year is to raise $5000 to continue outreach to small businesses, Latino and Hmong businesses, and emerging enterprises across the East Side.
