New Resolutions and Taking Your Life Back

With the New Year recently taking shape, now is a time when many people make a New Year's resolution to break a habit. All individuals develop and create habits within their lifetime, whether it be good or bad.  There are some habits that we develop that help us to be productive and consistent, such as your morning routine, getting ready for work, or going to your exercise class everyday in the morning.
Creating LASTING Change in 2019

Moving into a NEW YEAR brings promises of changing habits, doing things different and the number one intention - finding ways to live a healthier life. Making promises to yourself and keeping those promises are two different things as we know most New Year's resolutions are put aside by February. How do we make those changes that we really believe are best for us?
WEIGHT Loss vs FAT Loss

The start of a new year offers a great opportunity to strive for better health. Health goals are different for everyone and can range from dietary changes to training for a marathon. One of the biggest health goals of the New Year is to lose weight. New gym memberships in the New Year can increase by up to 50%.

Acupuncture, Spleen 9 & Weight Loss

Acupuncture and herbs are powerful tools for ensuring digestive wellness.

Often with the turn of the new year, there is a goal to focus on our physical wellness, including weight loss. I'm often asked if acupuncture can help with weight loss, and the answer is yes, of course in conjunction with good nutrition and exercise.
