Wow!! We cannot believe this year is already almost over! What a wonderful year we have had. The Lord has blessed us in so many ways this year and He is doing many new things!
We are always grateful for you all because it is through you that the work of Still Waters can be accomplished.
We look forward to 2019 and serving our clients alongside you!
In His Love,
The Still Waters Team

We launched Hope Provider, our Sponsor A Day Program, on October 1. This program allows our donors and those who wish to donate to sponsor a day at Still Waters.
Your contribution of $310/annually or $26/monthly will cover the costs to operate Still Waters for one day. You can choose to sponsor a day that is special to you such as a birthday, anniversary, or sponsor in memory of someone. You can always choose to sponsor more than one day as well!
After your sponsored day, you will receive a sponsor report from us letting you know what occurred in and around the center on the day you chose to sponsor. You will get to see the impact your donation is making!

Many of you have followed Elliot on his many health journeys this year.
In October, he had his second brain surgery in one year. Prior to the surgery he had 158 days straight of seizure activity and we are so excited to share that he is seizure free since his surgery!! God is so good to this sweet little family. We are incredibly proud of the strength is mamma has displayed during this time.
They recently had Christmas photos made as well and we wanted to share a couple of those with you! (More information about these photos and the photographers behind these photos will be announced in our 1st Quarter 2019 Newsletter, so stay tuned!)

SEXUAL ABUSE RECOVERY
Walk On Water is a sexual abuse recovery Bible Study / Class that is led by the Bible Study author, Mary LeMay. There were 7 individuals who completed this class and received healing.
Also, during this program, there were participants who rededicated their life to Jesus Christ; one professed Jesus as her Savior & Lord for the first time. We praise God for the miraculous work He continues to do within this program!
Below are pictures of the final ceremony which is always such a special time for these participants.
Mary LeMay gave her testimony earlier this year and we want to share that with you, if you have not heard it. We truly hope you are blessed by the work God has done in and through her life... and continues to do!
ABORTION RECOVERY
We would like to take a moment to highlight the opportunity for women to experience freedom from abortion.
Jennifer Cate, one of our Co-Founders, facilitates abortion recovery in the Forney area. In the 2018 spring and fall classes, she had the privilege of seeing women forgiven and healed from their past abortions.
After walking through their personal healing journey through a life-changing abortion recovery Bible study, these comments were shared by women who went through the 11-week class:
"The major problem I was dealing with before I participated in Forgiven and Set Free was guilt related to my abortion. I received God's forgiveness, healing, and freedom from bondage in my recovery group."
"I needed help dealing with my decision to end my unborn child's life. I feel the issues related to my abortion were adequately addressed in the Forgiven and Set Free abortion recovery study, and I received definite healing in these areas. I felt accepted and encouraged in my recovery group."
The next abortion recovery Bible study begins February 7, 2019 in Forney.
Please email us if you plan on joining this 11-week study, and we will put you in touch with the registration contact.

relevant, engaging, purposeful, and
truly beneficial for our students.
Through Still Waters, our students are exposed to information that can make a difference in
their lives. This program is a true blessing
