2020 Ohioana Book Festival Goes Virtual
The 2020 Ohioana Book Festival was originally post-poned from its earlier scheduled date of April 25-29 due to COVID-19, and they had hopes of hosting the festival when large groups could meet again; however, due to the lingering health crisis, this year's Ohioana Book Festival will be meeting virtually to maintain everyone's safety. The Ohioana staff has been working from home since March, building virtual programs through Zoom, Facebook Live, etc., and details are currently being worked out for the upcoming festival. There will be a variety of virtual formats available for the festival, including panel discussions, author readings, and other programs spread out across social media platforms. This virtual event will be held from Friday, August 28 through Sunday, August 30. Visit the Ohioana Book Festival website today for more information.
