Legislative Update - Call to Action SB 936
This week, the state House of Representatives passed S.B. 936, important legislation that now awaits further action by Gov. Tom Wolf, who has until April 28th to sign or veto the bill before it becomes law automatically.

Please call Gov. Wolf's office and leave a message, or tell the person who answers, that you are urging the Governor to sign S.B. 936.

The phone number is 717-787-2500.

S.B. 936 would implement a prescription drug formulary for workers' compensation to help address the devastating opioid and prescription drug crisis as it relates to injured workers. The bill has earned the support of a broad coalition of medical and employer groups, along with over 70 local chambers of commerce. States as ideologically diverse as California and Texas have put politics aside to implement similar legislation, which has been shown to reduce prescription drug and opioid abuse and addiction.

You can also CLICK HERE to see how your local state House member voted. We encourage you to thank House members who supported the bill.

Now - Summer 2018:
