On the bridge between Barnes & Noble & the National Aquarium

Named after the phenomenon in which simulation of one sensory pathway elicits another sensory experience,  Synesthesia  is an abstract representation of how music travels through space. It uses sounds and colors to connect with participants, allowing them to simultaneously generate involuntary emotions and reactions. This installation celebrates the manifestation of sensory feelings and aspires to create an ambiance of diverse perceptions.

The Baltimore Drone Prix is anever-before-seen mix of art, sport and technology! A collaboration between Global Air Media and McCormack & Figg, The 146ft long 26ft tall race course will also function as an attraction with large illuminated artwork lining the course for the drones to dart through and around at breakneck speeds. Youth and amateur races take place April 21 from 4-11pm

Light Up the Night! Stage at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater

Led by Melissa Wimbish and Britt Olsen-Ecker, Outcalls draws inspiration from political and social events and fills their music with melodic and harmonic surprises. Their songs unfold in chapters, and have a cinematic quality. The Baltimore-based group strives to reach audiences not only through good music, but also excellent storytelling and stage presence. They were the winners of "Best Overall Set" at 89.7 WTMD's 2016 Baltimore Band Block Party.

As another Light City comes to a close in Baltimore, p ause to enjoy a colorful finale performance of fireworks by Grucci that dance across the Inner Harbor basin.
New this year, Charlie the Peacock will make his debut at the Inner Harbor at Light City by greeting crowds from a barge out on the water during the fireworks.
