IvyNotes: January 6th
Director's Note
We hope that 2019 is off to a good start for your family.
Arts and Athletics, our after-school program that provides extracurricular activities for students of all abilities, resumes this Tuesday, January 8th. The winter session will offer Art Club or Volleyball on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Click here for additional information or to apply.
MANSEF Advocacy Day is scheduled for Tuesday, January 29th in Annapolis. With so many newly elected legislators, it is critical that we have our voices heard.
This is a great opportunity for our partners, staff and students to discuss the important role of MANSEF schools in Maryland's education continuum. Additional details and a registration link are below.
Please help spread the word about our Special Needs Resource Fair scheduled for Sunday, February 24th. More details are below.
Reminder to mark your calendars: the first day of our 2019-20 school year will be Monday, July 8th. Summer Break is scheduled for Monday, August 12th through Tuesday, August 27th. Classes will resume on Wednesday, August 28th. The entire 2019-2020 school calendar will be distributed in early April.
Finally, look for the Outreach Spring Course Catalog, which details all of our Outreach Educational and Recreational Programs for the Spring 2019, in next Sunday's IvyNotes.
I hope you have a great week,
Susan Holt
