Complimentary Athens Symphony Pops Concert tickets available on April 16
ATHENS, Ga. – Complimentary tickets to the April 27 & 28 Athens Symphony Pops Concerts will be available to the public at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 16 at The Classic Center box office.
The concert will be held at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28 in The Classic Center’s Grand Hall and will feature the Green Flag Band. The Symphony’s performance will include compositions by Vaughn-Williams, Ricketts, Shore, Maffett, Langey, Wagner and Anderson.
The Pops Concerts will conclude the Athens Symphony’s 2017-18 season.
Tickets are required for entry, and are limited to four per person. Regular box office hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m-1 p.m. on Saturday.

Alumnae and friends of UGA are invited to attend the upcoming Athens Area spring alumnae luncheon on May 1.
We are excited to have Darrice Griffin, Deputy Director of Administration at the University of Georgia Athletic Association, as the guest speaker. We look forward to welcoming Darrice to the Bulldog family and having the opportunity for the community to get to know her better.
Women of UGA events give you the opportunity to get to know one another on a more personal basis, develop friendships, do business together and stay engaged with your alma mater.
