Men’s Bible Study: The Book of Acts
(Tilson Room)
Throughout history, God has shaped events to bring about His plans of renewal and redemption. God wanted to restore his world, his creation and his creatures so that they would fulfill his original intentions for them. God thru Jesus Christ is the force, mind and will behind the mission, but he has chosen humans to work alongside him. The stories of the book of Acts show us how God is moving his mission forward. Where does that take us in our busy, daily lives? Are we prepared for what Jesus has in storefor us? Led by John Scott: 441-3935 or jscott@saint-lukes.com. Open to all.

Youth Group (7th - 12th)
Hang out in the youth room following dinner.
Senior High Girls Life Group: 7:30 - 8:30 pm (Large Conference Room)
Senior High Boys Life Group: 8:00 - 9:00 pm (Youth Room)

Children (4k - 6th grade)
AM in the PM – 4K thru grade 6 experience art and music on Wednesday evening from 6-7 pm, concluding with compline at 7 in the blue flag room. Art is response to scripture based on the church year. Lessons are currently connected to the season of Lent. Join us for dinner first.

For many years, Saint Luke’s has been part of the remarkable ministry of Marion Medical Mission (MMM ).  More than 4,000,000 residents of South Africa have benefited immensely from the 31,000 sustainable clean water wells that MMM has made possible.

What could be more pleasing to Christ or faithful to his Gospel than giving, “a cup of cold water to one of these little ones?” (Matthew 10:42)

This Lenten season, Saint Luke's invites you to participate in providing sustainable clean water to those supported by Marion Medical Mission. The amount you give is less important than the daily routine of intentional alms giving and prayer.

How can I give?

-- Families should have received an envelope in the mail at the beginning of Lent. You may drop off your envelope at the reception desk anytime, or mail a check “For: MMM” to the church office. Envelopes are available at the church if you did not receive one in the mail.

-- Donations made via the Children's Ministry Mite Boxes will support MMM as well!

May the love of our Lord Jesus Christ fill and renew our hearts, and give us all a good and holy Lent.
