NSP Offers Program to Help Nonprofits Enhance their Financial Management Capacity

NSP will offer its Financial Management Training Program this fall, facilitated by Fiscal Management Associates (FMA). The program helps nonprofit leaders: better understand their organization's financial health; communicate their financial story; effectively monitor financial results and use financial information; and access tools for financial planning and analysis. The program includes four interactive workshops, a financial analysis, coaching, and the creation of an action plan for improving financial management practices. There is no fee for participating. However, to qualify for consideration, organizations must have an annual operating budget between $300,000 and $8 million. For more information, contact Amy Studwell at [email protected], 860-548-1888 x1040.
