Praying for Children of Hope
We are changing things up a bit just for this week. Next week we will be back to our normal prayer email with pictures and names of children and staff to pray for.

Please join us in praying for the 10 children who have grown up with Children of Hope, graduated from high school and are now adults living independently.

COVID-19 has impacted many of them and their jobs/families significantly. Although they are not living at the homes anymore, we still consider them part of our Children of Hope family and are doing everything we can to support them during this challenging time.

Over the next two weekends we will be hosting a gathering at the home for these young adults who have transitioned into independent adulthood. At the gathering we will serve a special meal for them and their families as well as provide them with some basic supplies and groceries. We hope this time with their Children of Hope family is encouraging for them. Please pray that schedules coordinate for all of them to attend and they are blessed and uplifted by this gathering.

Many of them have had their jobs affected in a major way by the global pandemic. Three of the men are full-time Uber drivers and have seen a large decrease in their business and wages. Two of the women do hair in a salon and lost their jobs due to the government closing down all salons. Please pray that they can find other means of income until life returns to normal.

Three of our grown children who are now independent adults have children and families of their own. Please pray God provides all that they need to care for their families during this time of uncertainty.

Please feel free to forward this email to a friend.
