Interfaith relationships are a rich opportunity to celebrate the beauty and complexity of multiple religious traditions in a household. In this four-part couples’ series, we will explore the complexity of interfaith family experiences – from navigating holidays, life-cycle events, religious services, to relationships with in-laws, parenting and more; based on participants contributions and questions. Led by Rev. Eleanor Harrison Bregman, Director of Multi-Faith Initiatives at Romemu, and Peter Bregman, CEO of Bregman Parters, a writer, master coach, and certified CoreEnergetics Practitioner – and Eleanor’s partner in interfaith marriage.

Seeking New Members for Romemu's

evra Kaddisha
Hevra Kaddisha, meaning "holy society," performs the mitzvah of Shmira for our members and their loved ones who have died. Hevra Kaddisha volunteers sit with/near the deceased, often reading psalms, chanting or meditating until the time of burial. They also perform the sacred ritual of Tahara, the washing and purification of the body honoring the holy sanctuary it was for the soul in life.
