Just a little note to express my thanks and appreciation to our kind and caring Rabbi. We are the recipients of his devotion and and expertise, and we are the ones who thank him.
It always seems like I would rather sleep a little later, or find many diversions to occupy my Saturday mornings, but somehow I definitely force myself to head over to attend Saturday morning services. I know it is the right thing to do, and once I am there, I actually feel I am transplanted to a world of complete devotion and concentration of forgetting all else but where I am. I feel good, and totally absorbed in the reasons I am no where else, but where I should be.
The Rabbi is now in charge of transporting my mind on nothing else but the service of the day, and all it means.
My fellow congregants are my Beth El family here, and I love them all. I worry about them and miss them, when they are not here. We have become like a tight knit Shabbos unit., and we genuinely care about one another.
Rabbi is our leader, and we all love and appreciate him. He opens our minds and thoughts and just for those few hours, we are transported into nowhere else, but our Saturday services.
If I am in town, and all is well, I intend to always attend those meaningful Saturday services.
Thank you Rabbi for that special invitation where YOU want to thank us! How ironic! We want to THANK YOU,
An anonymous Congregant.
