I know it has been a while since I have sent my "monthly" newsletter to clients. My very first newsletter was in April of 2013 and I was very disciplined in sending them out - until April of 2016. I must apologize, as I have heard from many followers that they like keeping informed on the Steamboat Springs real estate market, happenings around town and little about what I'm up to.
Well, the latter is one of two major reasons for the lull. This past summer Mary and I had two of our children get married...six weeks apart! Our daughter's wedding was in Steamboat at the top of the gondola and our son's wedding was in Denver. Our youngest daughter is now a junior in college and playing volleyball, and the travelling associated with her games, along with numerous other events, have also kept us busy.
From a business standpoint, I've been as busy as ever. The market keeps on improving and my real estate practice growing.
Over the past three years I feel very fortunate for all that has happened in such a positive way.

Amidst all the chaos this year, I decided to create a new website to better serve my clients and new customers with information to help them understand the nuances of, and navigate through, the Steamboat Springs real estate market. It took longer than expected (no surprise), but I am very excited about the result! It just went live last Friday.
