DS|Manage360 v3.46 Update
What's been added, improved, and changed:
  1. Maintenance InvoicesInvoices for all work orders will now include the date of the visit in the invoice line item text.
        
  2. Construction Estimates - Manage360 now tracks specifically which construction estimate was lost within a set of versions in a particular opportunity. This improves Manage360 lost amount reporting and determining when to lock down the outcome of the opportunity.
         
  3. Proposal - The default proposal will now accept company logos with different aspect ratios without requiring them to be padded with extra whitespace. Company info displayed beside the logo is limited to a height of 2" and a width of 3". Logo only and company below the logo are limited to a height of 2" and a width of 6.5".   
        
  4. Sales Pipeline Summary Report - Sales Pipeline Report has a new option to display the estimate amount of the active estimate associated with the opportunity.

Fixes
  • Attempting to rename a Costbook item to a name that already exists from the Work Order or Maintenance Estimate shopping cart will now display an error message rather than fail silently.
  • When creating a new opportunity in a new account, if you clicked the Cancel button, it would show an error. This bug has been fixed.
  • Saving construction estimates with periods in the estimate number no longer fails.
  • An improved data retrieval technology has been rolled out to the retrieval of job data to reduce page load times.
  • If a customer's tax rate changes from one maintenance contract to the next, the "Renew Job" feature will now set the tax in the new estimate to the customer's current tax rate rather than reusing the previous one.
  • Printing a route list from a timesheet and choosing to Show Materials/Plants will now include those details for T&M work orders.
  • Proposals for maintenance and change orders for customers with a linked billing customer, will now show the billing customer's address.
  • Resolved an issue that could cause maintenance estimate to charge sales tax on items after the account was changed to tax exempt.
  • Fixed an error was occurring when invoicing two work orders together on the same job with the same sales tax.
  • Cancelling a contract failed if there were optional services left over in the estimate.  These services are now not included in the cancellation process.
