Sonoma County Real Estate Update for November 2018

Sonoma County - Up 4.6% with Single Family Homes now averaging $798,000 and condo/townhouses now at $403,000.

Petaluma - Up about 14 % with Single Family Homes now averaging $946,000 and condo/townhouses now at $478,000.

Rohnert Park/Cotati - Up over 3% with Single Family Homes now averaging $622,000 and condo/townhouses now at $369,000.

Santa Rosa - Up over 5% with Single Family Homes now at $707,000 and condo/townhouses now at $402,000.

Windsor - Down about 8.5% with Single Family Homes now at $648,000 and condo/townhouses now at $368,000.

Sebastopol - Up almost 13% with Single Family Homes now at $975,000 and condo/townhouses now at $435,000.
