My Father 10th Anniversary 2018
The My Father 10th Anniversary Limited Edition 2018 features an Ecuadorian Habano Rosado wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. As typical with many of the My Father anniversary cigars, the blend incorporates Pelo de Oro tobacco,
the prized golden hair tobacco the Garcías reserve for some of the factory's most special products.

Pelo de oro is a strand of tobacco that is banned in Cuba due to its propensity to mold. While it's relatively uncommon, the tobacco is a staple of the My Father Limited Edition Series.

The cigar is a 6 1/2 x 52 Toro - a size seen across most of the My Father Anniversary releases.  The cigars come in 14-count boxes with each cigar packaged in an individual coffin.

Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve

Ten years after its original release, o ne of the blends most responsible for Rocky Patel's success, Olde World Reserve returns to the world of premium cigars.

Olde World is offered up in two distinct wrappers. The Maduro is handrolled at Rocky's Tavicusa factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. This bold and powerful blend weighs in around a medium to full-bodied profile, delivering classic Nicaraguan flavors of pepper, earth, and natural tobacco sweetness.

The Corojo is produced in the Paraiso factory in Danli, Honduras. The stick is more of a medium-bodied beast, with a lot more sweetness than spice. Toasting the foot, you'll find a rich, woodsy core, complemented by the natural sweetness of the Corojo leaf.

Tatuaje Monster 2018 The Bride

The Monsters Series made its debut back in 2008 with "The Frank", paying homage to the character of Frankenstein. Since then, each October (just before Halloween), a different blend has been released in an elongated cigar format such as a Double Corona or Churchill. The featured monster for this year's release is "The Bride", based on James Whale's "The Bride of Frankenstein".

The Bride is a 7 1/8 x 49 Churchill extra that uses a Connecticut Broadleaf Rosado wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. 

Pete Johnson describes the cigar as "medium plus" and an "elegant monster."  2018 marks the final cigar in the legendary limited edition series that began in 2008.
