Puesta del Sol Science Fair and Family STEM Night
Thursday, April 26 - Mark your calendars!
It's not too early to start planning your project for the Science Fair on Thursday April 26.  Use the many online resources to find a project idea, and plan time before or during Spring break to research your awesome projects!  As in past years, having one parent or guardian volunteer at or before the event is mandatory if your student is participating.  If you want to help plan or run the science fair, pre-event volunteers are needed now to ensure a great event again this year. To volunteer, please contact James Dooley at sciencefair@puestadelsolpta.org.

Art Fest
Wednesday, April 4th from 6:30-8pm in the Puesta del Sol Gym art-event.jpg
Families are encouraged to attend and see students' art pieces on display. There will be murals that students created with the SITA (Spanish Immersion Through the Arts) program and projects that each student has made during art appreciation. Sra.Rose will have the Marimba Group performing music during the event and Sra.Brody will be leading some poetry with students.  There will also be interactive art workshops where they can participate in making collaborative art pieces with our SITA artist Adriana Morales. It should be a fun family night!
