Animals From Multiple Areas of Northern California Continue to Arrive!
We are currently taking in shelter animals and pets from families who have just lost their homes in the fires.
These continue to be extraordinary times as so many fires are growing. The great news is there is so much support out there helping animals relocate and stay safe. The sad part is that the number of families who have lost everything has grown, and we are assisting them with their pets at this time.

This sweet old boy's family just lost their home and farm in the Vacaville fires. He is heading straight into one of our loving foster homes! Pets often arrive dazed and stressed, and are in need of some TLC upon arrival.

These rescue animals are coming through our new, Happy Hound Rescue Wing! We are so grateful to Suzanne Golter for making this space possible! It is making these rescue efforts much easier this time around!
We are experiencing a higher than usual number of animals requiring medical care and surgeries at this time.
We urgently need funds for medical supplies, veterinary care and our response efforts! Any additional money raised will go into our medical fund for future rescue animals.
