CONNECTIONS
From Check-In to Check-Out
We end another year of sharing alumni success stories that have included PhDs, first responders, authors and leaders from the Class of 2018. For the final story of 2018, Dean Marian McGorry was proud to share the accomplishments of Vanda Sok ’16, recently recognized by the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association. Sok is a 2018 recipient of the Michael Boyle Scholarship, which honors students who personify the best practices of the local hospitality industry. He is currently studying at Widener University and hopes to graduate in the spring. His goals include applying his hospitality management skills in his home country of Cambodia.
