Join us for our morning "mini-conference" bringing you examples, case studies, and informative discussions about the tools and methods of continuous improvement. Network with learners and leaders of the local Lean community!

This quarter:
  • Bill Poulin, Principal with Eclipse-M, will discuss how Lean methods make the installation of solar power systems safer, more efficient, faster, and lower cost. Bill's examples will be especially relevant if you are interested in construction, field installation or service of any kind, build-to-engineer/order, job shop manufacture, or any other type of low-volume/high-variability process.
  • Dr. Kim Bercovitz, President of X-Bytes, will discuss wellness programs, then demonstrate benefits by lading mid-morning stretch break. Learn about the personal benefits that can come from simple, quick daily exercises that anyone can do!
  • Jeff Fuchs, MWCC Executive Director, will discuss hands-on process simulations and how they can be used to understand process flow, train others in Lean fundamentals, and develop "what if" improvement scenarios for complex, high-risk, slow flow, and many other process types. Learn engaging ways to learn and improve!
