Dear Dorchester Parents,
I am pleased to let you know that we will still be able to hold our Dorchester Picture Days this year, with a few modifications due to the pandemic. The photography company, Marcel Studios, will be setting up locations outdoors, and each class will visit the location with their teacher for individual photographs over the course of two days. As photos will be taken outdoors, the natural setting will be the backdrop. There will be no full-class photographs this year. Please see below for the days when your child will be taking part.
October 5: Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, Remote Learners
October 6: Pre-School, 1st Grade, 5th Grade
Rain Dates: TBD as needed
In order to purchase photographs, you may send your child into school on Picture Day with the form that you will be receiving in your child's backpack today, or you may order online using the link below.
All remote students are welcome to join us for outdoor individual photographs on October 5 from 2:30 - 3:30 if you would like to have your remote learning child's photo taken. Order forms are available in the office if you would like to pick one up. These sessions will take place near the lower level playground for K-2nd grade students and on the upper level in the circle of grass by the flag pole for the 3rd-5th grade students. No appointment is necessary, and students must be accompanied by an adult.
