House of Prayer
is a gathering of God's people who value:
Welcoming,
Openness,
Compassionate Community,
and Relationships

Here is an update of what is happening at
House of Prayer this week!
Worship This Sunday!
Very truly, I tell you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains just a single grain; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. Those who love their life lose it, and those who hate their life in this world will keep it for eternal life. John 12:24-25

This Sunday our gospel text focuses on the power of Jesus' sacrificial death. By his death all people have access to eternal life. By giving himself away all people can be reconciled to God. The question for us is: how shall we respond? Jesus encourages us to follow him to the cross. To give ourselves away in a life of service to others. This is challenging and difficult but as we give ourselves away we find a life worth living. Join us Sunday as explore the power of loving others as we have been loved!
