Face to Face (F2F) Students
MASK REMINDERS
Masks are required to be worn indoors at all times.

Masks are required to be worn on the school bus at all times.

If outside and proper physical distancing can not occur, masks need to be worn.

Parents, please have a conversation about these requirements with your child, specifically about the requirement when on the school bus. We will have individual conversations with families if non-compliance continues and it can affect the student’s ability to continue to ride the bus.

Thank you for your cooperation and help to ensure everyone's safety.
AM PRIVATE VEHICLE DROP OFF

If you are dropping students off at school in the morning, please allow students to exit the vehicle as soon as your vehicle is adjacent to the sidewalk. You do not need to wait until your car has reached the stop sign to unload. This will help alleviate congestion in the car line.

Did your student have Art class last year?

Would you like to have his/her artwork?

We have many files with student artwork for distribution.

If you want us to locate and send the artwork home, please fill out this form.
Distance/Virtual Meetings

Kettle Moraine students and teaches are using Google Meet for distance learning.  These meetings are accessed using an invitation created by the teacher.  Students access the meeting link via a learning platform or a calendar invitation. It is expected that only students in the class are part of these meetings.  It is not acceptable to share the link with a non-student.
This would be similar to inviting a stranger into our classrooms.
Thank you for reinforcing this safety practice with your student.

Lighten your load - Keep some things at school:

Parents - We have heard from some families that the load that our students are carrying in their backpacks are becoming difficult to haul around all day. Students will be permitted to bring in a small tote in order to store some notebooks and other supplies at their cohort desk during the day and overnight. Something the size of an adult shoe box will be helpful and easy for our cleaning service to move when they clean the rooms. Something as large as milk crate would be too big.
Thanks to those who have already sent in storage containers for your students.

Late Arrivals and Early Departures:

Please be sure to notify the office when you are bringing a student to school late or picking a student up early. Students should check in at the office when they arrive at school after 7:20 a.m. Students who need to leave school before 2:35 p.m., need to sign out at the office.

NEW! ONLINE ABSENCE REQUESTS: Parents/guardians will now be able to enter their student’s attendance directly in the Infinite Campus parent/guardian portal instead of calling the attendance office. Step-by-step guidance can be found here. Once the request is submitted, the attendance office receives an alert and finalizes the process from there.
The KMMS doors open at 7:00 a.m. Attendance is taken at 7:20 a.m.
Students should be picked up right after school.
