What an incredible year...Thank you for your support in 2018. Our team was recognized as the top 500 of 54,000 NRT sales associates nationwide in the first, third and fourth quarter last year. Thanks to you, and those like you, we were blessed with over 45 transactions. We are forever grateful for your referrals!

Like most years, 2018 had the good, the bad and the ugly. It continues to be a buyers' market and every deal is what we commonly refer to as "a grind". To help you review, we have provided both fourth quarter summaries for Brooklyn and Manhattan along with the December Monthly Snapshots.

In addition to the market reports, we have a number of MUST READS...the latest updates on the L train shutdown - they just can't make up their mind - including Governor's L Train Tunnel Presentation. What's the plan? What does it mean? Who is affected? We have the latest perspectives from the top sources.

Are you a New Yorker? If so, this month we also have In a NY Minute, an amazing read, as well as some of the best MLK activities this January, the future of Real Estate technology, and a profile of chic buildings on the rise.

Have you met the Queen of Tidy and been KonMari'd? If not, you're in for a treat. If you haven't found your JOY in 2019 yet, she will help you find it. We also have some great apartment resources for any updates you want to make to your home. Now is the time, with spring cleaning in mind - it's just around the corner.

If you are thinking on a grander scale, and are considering a more ambitious project, we have tips to combine two adjacent apartments, and design trends to try this year - letting  you know  what is IN and what is OUT!

We hope you had a restful holiday and a tremendous New Year! Kindly let us know if we can help you or your family and friends with any of their residential real estate needs in 2019.
