End of the Quarter is Today! - Monday, January 21st is a No School Day and a Teacher Workday. Report cards will be going home in the Friday Folders on Friday, January 25th. Fundraising Statements will also be in the Friday Folders. They will include scrip rebates from the second quarter, but no LOI tickets sales. All LOI ticket sales will be added after LOI and will be part of the third quarter fundraising statements.

Mid Year Conferences - These will be held on Thursday, February 7th in the evening. These are optional. Teachers may request to meet or parents may request to meet. Please look for the conference letters on Friday, January 25th in the Friday Folders.

Catholic Schools Week Kick-Off - Our special week will start on Sunday, January 27th with Mass at 10:00 AM, breakfast served from 8:30-11:30, and the book fair will be open from 8-12. EVERYONE's help is needed this day. This is the first of two events that we need all JI families to help with. Please click on the below links to volunteer to help.


Catholic Schools Family Project - Please be creative and return to school your brilliant candles on or before Wednesday, January 23rd. They will be displayed in the Social Hall for all to enjoy. Thank you for your cooperation!

Catholic Schools Week Dress Up Days and Activities - See below for outline of the week.

FAST Assessments - Teachers will be sharing these with parents at Mid Year Conferences, and if you are not having a Mid Year Conference they will be in the Friday Folders on Friday, February 8th. Please remember this is the first time with these new assessments and we will be assessing again in April to see progress and growth.

Pre K Volunteer - We are looking for a virtus trained (or willing to be) volunteer to help in the pre k classroom on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays in the afternoon from 12-3 (school days only). They are a fun and amazing group of children, and we can guarantee you will not get bored, and the experience will bring your joy to your day! If you can help one or more of these afternoons, please contact Mrs. Giedd in the school office.
