A Message from Brother Thomas

SCHOOL UPDATE:

A contractor for the flood-related renovations has been approved at long last. A scope of work has been reviewed and work should start immediately after midterm exams. If all goes as planned, the renovations will be completed by mid-February.

EXAM WEEK
During exam week, homeroom begins at 8 AM as usual. The first exam concludes at 9:45 AM. The second exam begins at 10:15 AM and concludes at 11:45 AM. If a student does not have a first exam, he/she can arrive in time for the second exam. Tardy students will not be given additional time. Exam room locations have been posted all week. In the unlikely event that school is cancelled, the impacted exams get moved to the day when school resume. Students must be in dress code for exams and boys must be clean shaven.

AP PRACTICE EXAMS
Advanced Placement courses afford students an opportunity to earn as many as 6 college credits per course which allows students to save college tuition dollars. Practice exams have been scheduled for all Advanced Placement classes offered at Fenwick. A list will be provided to students and posted on the website.

Catholic Schools Week's Day of Giving, (January 29-30, 12 PM - 12 PM ) is an opportunity to support and promote the faith-filled and academically excellent education we all have at the core of Catholic education.

Many take this "day of giving" opportunity to show their personal gratitude. If you haven't made a donation to the Fenwick Fund, or wish to show your appreciation, consider a gift to the Fenwick Fund today. Your gifts support each of the unique individuals and distinct programs that make Fenwick so special. Click here to make a gift and know it is a gift that continues giving for a lifetime.

The Winter Semi-Formal will be held in the Student Dining Hall on Saturday, January 26 from 7 to 10 pm. Ticket purchase is available during all three lunches. The cost is $10.  Fenwick students may bring an outside guest, but contracts are required which are available from Mrs. Rich or the main office. You may purchase your guest's ticket once the contract has been signed by a parent and a school official and returned.
