The Arkansas Economic Developers & Chamber Executives (AEDCE) Annual Conference is the premier annual gathering of economic development & chamber professionals in Arkansas. This is THE place for chamber professionals & economic developers to gain classroom knowledge as well as glean wisdom from their peers while building their professional network.

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Registration is available through July 31st.  Registrations must be received by 5PM CST on 7/31 to receive the early bird price.

AEDCE Member (Full Conference) - $250 (will be $300 starting August 1)

Non-Member (Full Conference) - $350 (will be $400 starting August 1)

You may also register for just one day of the conference at a rate of $150 for AEDCE members and $225 for non-members.  Those options are available on the registration page.

Refund Policy:

All refund requests must be received in writing and will be processed according to the policy below:

Refund requests received through July 26 will be entitled to a full refund less a $50 processing fee.

Refund requests received from July 27 - August 10 will be entitled to a full refund less a $100 processing fee.

Refunds will not be granted after August 10th; however substitutions will be accepted through August 22nd.  All substitutions must be received in writing by August 22nd.
