Member Highlight: San Miguel Authority for Regional Transportation
SMART has been operating for the last 2 years providing fixed route and van pool services. Their fleet is made up of 4 vehicles, collectively providing 68,000 trips each year! If SMART had additional funding they would like to build an electric fleet, and start planning for a maintenance facility. Thank you SMART for the update, we appreciate your membership! Celebrating Envida's Accomplishments!
The non-profit organization Envida (formerly Amblicab) launched a limited service bus line Wednesday to connect the towns of Calhan, Peyton, and Falcon to city bus service in Colorado Springs. To learn more click here.
