Eduardo is the Co-Founder & CEO of Mindset Works along with Dr. Carol Dweck, Stanford researcher and author who discovered the new psychology of success. He co-founded it in 2007 to help people and organizations develop learning-oriented cultures and systems. He has spoken at numerous conferences, delivered two popular TEDx talks, and has been featured on prominent media outlets.
