KEN HOFMANN 1923-2018
You may have heard of the passing of former Oakland A's owner Ken Hofmann last week. What you may not know is how tremendously important Mr. Hofmann was to the world of waterfowling - he did an enormous amount of good in his years on this earth. And while we are saddened by the loss, we need only look all around us - both at CWA headquarters and in the waterfowling community - to know that his legacy will be felt for a long, long time.

PROP. 68 WILL BENEFIT WETLANDS
If you live in one of the California counties that will now vote by mail, you should be getting your ballot next week. One of the important things on that ballot is Proposition 68, a bond measure that has $188 million in funding for wetlands, including incentives for private duck clubs to undertake habitat work. CWA supports this measure! Read more here, and please don't forget to vote.
