Kern Green is now recycling Colgate Products

Kern Green has teamed up with Terracycle to repurpose Colgate products, such as Colgate Toothbrushes, Floss Containers, Toothpaste tubes, caps and boxes.

Re-Use/Donate your clothes

 Did you know that 13 million tons of clothing is sent to the landfill each year! The EPA states that clothing reycling has an equivalent impact of removing one million cars from the nation's roads. 

What can you do to prevent such waste:
  • reuse your clothing as cleaning rags
  • donate your gently used clothing to non-profits 
  • make a jean quilt with old jeans
  • create produce bags with old T-Shirts
  • get creative and share your ideas with us on Facebook!
