Do not be afraid - you are precious to Jesus. He loves you.
What a beautiful Saturday we've been given, and there's much to celebrate on this day!

Today is the feast day of Saint Mother Theresa of Calcutta. A beautiful woman with an even more beautiful soul. She felt called to serve the poorest of the poor and continued to serve them and speak out for them until she entered into eternal rest. She founded the Missionaries of Charity who continue that ministry to this day, living in the hardest of neighborhoods to bring dignity back to the lives of those who have hit hard times.

As Catholics, we also have a tradition of honoring our Blessed Mother on the First Saturdays of each month as well, which is today. Being able to celebrate these two beloved "mothers" in our lives is something quite special, for through their lives they show us how loved we are by Jesus, and in turn, remind us how we in turn should share him to others through our words and actions.

Saint Theresa of Calcutta and our Blessed Mother, pray for us!

Panther News
Week 1, complete!
We had initially planned to open our school doors for in-person learning on Monday, Aug 31st, but had to push it to Wednesday, Sept 2nd, as we were still waiting for all of our supplies to arrive. It was worth the wait to hear the joy and laughter fill our halls again.
Read the latest School Newsletter to hear what our Principal has to share, and don't forget to check out our school's Facebook page to see some exciting pictures from this past week.

Lebanon Emergency Relief
The explosion at the Beirut sea port on Aug 4th killed over 200, injured more than 6,000 and displaced over 350,000 people. They need our help.
Archbishop Hebda has requested the faithful to take up an emergency collection for Catholic Relief Services to support their efforts in Lebanon. This will take place at Presentation this weekend. Contributions can brought to the parish with “Lebanon Emergency Collection” written on it. Or send checks to: Center for Mission, 777 Forest Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 55106: Add “Lebanon Emergency Collection” on memo line, or go to www.centerformission.org/.
Holy Land Collection
Catholics throughout the world have traditionally held a collection on Good Friday to support the Holy Land. However, Pope Francis had asked all of the faithful to postpone this collection until Sept. 13 due to COVID-19. Please prayerfully consider giving to this collection, as it helps maintain these holy sites where Jesus truly walked, and which also supports our brothers and sisters who still live there.
Contributions for the Holy Land can be made to Presentation of Mary, with "Holy Land Collection" written on the memo line.
