1.  Courses are taught by experienced, certified instructors who are HR professionals with senior management experience and are focused on facilitating your exam preparation.

2. As a value-added feature, we offer two review sessions. One on knowledge-based questions and the other on situational judgment questions.

3. Our classes are 39 hours. 

3. In 2018, SHRM named NYIT a  Top 10 representative of SHRM Essentials® of HR  and a  Top 20 representative of the SHRM Learning System® . 

4. We offer up to 36 professional development credits (PDCs).

5. If you do not pass your certification exam, you may attend our class the following semester for only a $225 re-registration fee, provided you still have the necessary materials.
