COSTS: Registration is $25.00. The fee covers all KYSA and LYSA registration fees and insurance. TOPS will provide a player shirt and one pair of socks. If new to league shorts will also be provided. BIRTH CERTIFICATE: New Players: It will be necessary to submit a copy of your child's birth certificate. Returning Players: If you have played with LYSA before, there is no need to re-submit.

Kentucky Indoor at 404 Sporting Court on

March 24 and 31, April 7, 14 and 28 and May 5

Practice is from 1 to 2 p.m. and 2 to 3:00 p.m.

You will be notified of practice time and team assignment

Who Is Eligible to Play in TOPSoccer League?

Individuals with disabilities aged 4+.
