Today: Free Expungement Training CLE
Monday, March 18, 4:00-5:00 at the SMBA Office

Want to learn more about expungements and do some community service? We are looking for 10 to 15 attorneys willing to accept up to two expungement cases placed though our clinics at the Fairbanks. Attorneys will be paid $50 an hour through Legal Service of Southern Missouri’s Judicare Program. This CLE is free to SMBA members who sign up to take a case.  Sign up at this page or reply to this email. This CLE will focus on ethical issues for lawyers when representing clients with diminished capacity, including a variety of mental health issues. It will also address a practitioner's ethical obligations to address a colleague's mental health issues.
