January Livestock Shows
THE DEADLINE FOR IRS FILING FOR ALL 4-H CLUBS/GROUPS IS JANUARY 15, 2019
 
THE PROCESS OF FILING AN IRS 990 FORM IS REQUIRED OF EVERY 4-H CLUB/GROUP THAT HAS AN ACTIVE EIN, REGARDLESS IF THE CLUB/GROUP IS MANAGING ANY MONEY.
 

4-H Scholarships

Just a reminder that the 4-H scholarship applications are due on  January 15 !

Comal County 4-H presents:
Livestock 101 Workshops

1.      New to raising or showing a show animal?
2.      Want to improve your showmanship skills?
3.   Have questions on the care of your animal, including feeding, clipping, medications?
4.      Have questions that you just don’t know who to ask?

If you answered YES to any of these questions then join us every month on the last Tuesday from 6:00-7:30 pm at the Extension Office Livestock Barns/Meeting Room.

2019 Big Tex Youth Livestock Scholarship


Have you heard about the Big Tex Scholarship? Every year, the Fair awards multiple $6,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors around the state who have participated in specific youth livestock competitions held at the State Fair of Texas.

The application deadline is February 1, 2019.
