 Upcoming Events

2019 Men's Open Seminar: Sexual Sanity for Men
The Set Free Men's Ministry invites all men to join for an open seminar focusing on developing a biblical perspective on sex and sexuality. We will have various teachers and pastors walking us through the 14 chapters of David White's  Sexual Sanity for MenThis book helps us understand that sexual sin starts in our minds and hearts, and shows us how knowing Christ breaks our chains, builds spiritual brotherhood, and helps us take practical steps to re-create our minds in a God-focused direction.
This series is for men of all ages (18+ and youth accompanied by a parent), whether you've struggled personally, are leading or shepherding someone who is struggling or are just interested in learning about this specific sin pattern that affects nearly everyone, whether directly or indirectly. To learn more, please email [email protected] or  click here .

Cooking for a Cause Hostesses Needed!
During the week of February 18, the women's ministry will be hosting our 2nd Annual Cooking for a Cause! This is a time where groups of women meet in people's homes (various dates and times) to prepare freezer meals that will be used to support ministries within our church in the coming year. In order to pull this off we need HOSTESSES!!! Would you be willing to open your home to a small group (5-6 ladies) and prepare three freezer meals? We will supply the recipes, the pans, and the ingredients. If you're interested in learning more about this fun opportunity, please contact Staci Poston.

New Covenant Group
We have a new covenant group forming this new year for folks who would be interested in getting together immediately following morning worship for a "Lunch Club" with Christian fellowship and devotion. Folks interested in gathering together to discuss the sermon after the morning worship service over lunch, engaging in lively conversation and a desire to grow together in the Christian life - please contact Jennifer Dean at 704-708-6104 or at [email protected]. We are hoping to have a group of multigenerational adults to meet weekly in either one home or various to walk through Christian life together. MNA Donations for Disaster Relief
in Paradise, California
As we learned from Pastor Brian Peterson on Sunday, November 25, one of our sister churches - Ridge Presbyterian Church in Paradise, California - suffered devastating losses from the wild fire in the area. Most of the town was destroyed, including their church and the homes of 100% of their congregation, including both pastors - Josh Lee and Bryan Laws. Our denomination's Mission To North America Disaster Relief will be collecting donations to help this congregation. You can donate directly by going to their website at pcamna.org/disaster-response. Please be in prayer for this church and for the community.
