Michael Romei

From the moment we stepped on property, staff in every department made the experience all the better (Jose and George at reception handling bags/check-in, welcoming guests to the property; Sebastian and Roberto at reception are incredibly helpful, Michael the concierge, David serving drinks at the beach and a number of other staff I didn’t get the names of).

Rosa Rosario

Special thanks go to Rosa at the concierge desk and Geoffrey at reception. Rosa recommended an incredible restaurant that was able to meet the diverse needs and wants of everyone in my family, and she and Geoffrey worked to secure a late checkout for us when we were in a bit of a bind, even though the hotel was booked for a busy upcoming weekend.
Shore Club
Doney Valdes

Special thanks from me belongs to Dominique Valaire from the Front Desk and to Concierge Donéy Valdes. They really tried to help me as much as they could.
