Luther College senior and Imagine Fellow, Timothy Radermacher presents
Martin Luther: Monk of Funk , an original musical that tells the tale of Martin Luther, a young priest who questions his faith and ultimately starts a religious revolution. Along the way, Marty encounters unlikely friends, unexpected foes, and a few funky grooves. Loosely inspired by a true story, Monk of Funk  is sure to be a Reformation in Syncopation!  Friday, January 26 at 9:00 p.m. at Decorah Lutheran Church. For information, contact [email protected].  

Save a Life! APO is sponsoring a Red Cross Blood Drive on January 30 in Brunsdale Lounge (between Dieseth & Miller Halls). When you donate blood you will receive a free We Challenge U T-shirt while supplies last. Times of this event will depend on when you schedule your appointment.  APO members will be tabling on the 24, 25 & 29. You can sign up there or simply go to redcrossblood.org to sign up! If you have questions contact Nicole Stier.  
 
Decorah Walmart shopping shuttle (sponsored by the Diversity Center) will run from 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27. This is open to all students and there is no charge, but reservations are requested, please register here. Students should meet in front of the Union.
 
RERUNS
Great Nature and The Morning of Creation, the final two episodes of the six-part Ken Burns' documentary "The National Parks: America's Best Idea," will be shown at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, and 2 p.m. Sunday, January 28, respectively in Valders Hall of Science, Room 362.

OFF-CAMPUS STUDY APPLICATIONS READY!  Thinking of studying abroad or elsewhere in the U.S. during summer 2018, fall 2018, spring 2019 or the 2018-19 year? If so, you need to complete a Luther application by February or March, in some cases earlier. Fill out this form to request the appropriate  application and/or to talk about your plans!
