We would like to ask, on behalf of the hardest working men in the oil and propane business for you to be sure to clear a path to your fill pipe in the event of snow. (Which of course we will get 13x this winter)
Also, if your propane tank is buried, please be sure that put a marker near it's fill location. And, since we're asking, please note that it is pretty difficult to get big oil and propane trucks down long and winding snow covered driveways.
Finally, a cup of hot chocolate, some biscuits and maybe a shot of bourbon - wait, hang on...no bourbon - we've got work to do! And thanks!

Nicholas Roerich (1874-1947) - known also as Nikolai Konstantinovich Rerikh - was a Russian painter, writer, archaeologist, theosophist, philosopher, and public figure, who in his youth was influenced by a movement in Russian society around the spiritual. More can be found here:

These are Trdelníks.
They are tubes of sweet bread cooked over fire with sugar and cinnamon on the outside. The picture shows what some trendy new places have done, which is to turn them into cones and fill them with stuff (some have meat and cheese in them). The non-ice-cream-cone version was all over Prague at Christmas markets, and a store in the touristy section sold exactly what is in the picture.
Trdelník is
a traditional Slovak cake and sweet pastry
, originally coming from the Hungarian-speaking part of Transylvania, Romania. (I'll bite....)
It is also known within the culinary heritages of other European countries like Hungary, the Czech Republic and Austria. It is
made from rolled dough that is wrapped around a stick, then grilled and topped with sugar and walnut mix
. Nowadays, Trdelník is very popular among tourists as a sweet pastry in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The name Trdelník comes from Trdlo, the wooden stake the cake is wrapped around for cooking which gives it its traditional hollow shape.

A Lawyer's Night Before Christmas
WHEREAS,
on an occasion immediately preceding the Nativity Festival, throughout a certain dwelling unit, quiet descended, in which would be heard no disturbance, not even the sound emitted by a diminutive rodent related to, and in form resembling, a rat; and
WHEREAS, the offspring of the occupants had affixed their tubular, closely knit coverings for the nether limbs to the flue of the fireplace in the expectation that a personage known as St. Nicholas would arrive; and
WHEREAS, said offspring had become somnolent and were entertaining nocturnal hallucinations re: saccharine-flavored fruit; and
WHEREAS, the adult male of the family, et ux, attired in proper headgear, had also become quiescent in anticipation of nocturnal inertia; and
WHEREAS, a distraction on the snowy acreage outside aroused the owner to investigate; and
WHEREAS, he perceived in a most unbelieving manner a vehicle propelled by eight domesticated quadrupeds of a species found in arctic regions; and
WHEREAS, a most odd rotund gentleman was entreating the aforesaid animals by their appellations, as follows: "Your immediate cooperation is requested, Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, and Vixen, and collective action by you will be appreciated, Comet, Cupid, Donder, and Blitzen"; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the above, there occured a swift descent to the hearth by the aforementioned gentleman, where he proceeded to deposit gratuities in the aforementioned tubular coverings,
NOW, THEREFORE, be ye advised: That upon completion of these acts, and upon his return to his original point of departure, he proclaimed a felicitation of the type prevalent and suitable to these occasions, i.e., "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
