Renew Your 2019 Membership
Thank you to our member companies that renewed their membership dues for 2019! If your company has not yet renewed your NIA membership for 2019, it's not too late! While your company's 2019 dues invoice was mailed to your designated primary representative for payment by December 31, 2018, we are still accepting renewal payments.

NIA Is Moving!
Since its inception, NIA has striven to serve our members and the mechanical insulation industry with the highest level of service. In order to provide the best value to our members, NIA is moving our headquarters. For your convenience, we will still be very close to Dulles Airport if you are visiting us for meetings.

IEAP Certification Expiration for Appraisers: Renew by January 31
If you became a Certified Insulation Energy Appraiser or were recertified in 2015 and have not yet recertified, your certification expired on December 31, 2018. The renewal deadline has been extended to January 31, 2019.
NIA sent recertification instructions in late October with details on how to take the short exam or submit details on a completed appraisal. Please visit the IEAP Recertification page on NIA's website or email [email protected] for more information.

This past December in Houston, Texas, representatives from the engineering community and mechanical insulation industry segments took part in a mock training class for NIA's Thermal Insulation Inspector Certification. A full report will be available in the next issue of

NIA's Premier Industry Manufacturer Program
Early in 2019, NIA will notify Associate members who will be designated as Premier Industry Manufacturers for 2018! These Premier Industry Manufacturers will be recognized at NIA's 64
th Annual Convention at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas, April 3-5, 2019.
Available exclusively to NIA member companies, this program was developed to reward Associate members for their actions, which demonstrate leadership, commitment, and support to the mechanical insulation industry and NIA.
