FINAL DAYS TO REGISTER

So, have you noticed the weather gods have not been kind to us? It's true that having snow in April has not been the greatest, but here's the thing.... This race is an INVESTMENT in the 58 remarkable charitable organizations who serve our community. So, if you've been one of those weather-watchers, NOW is the time to show how much you value what our race charities do to serve, protect, improve and enrich our lives.

We are setting a mini-challenge to REGISTER 300 PEOPLE BY MONDAY ! This will help us reach our goal to raise $135,000 for our race charities!

PACKET PICK-UP DETAILS

We KNOW you're all excited to get your official Race shirt and bib, so all details are below!

Bring a few extra dollars if you'd like to purchase the official race shirt from years past.

Please help to make packet pick-up a smooth experience by reading the information provided.

Wednesday, April 25

Time: 1 pm to 7:30 pm
Location: Fresh Thyme Farmers Market – 325 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove
Directions: parking available behind the store

Thursday, April 26

Time: noon to 7:30 pm
Location: Fresh Thyme Farmers Market – 325 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove

For Packet Pickup:

Please have available first/last names and also name of your race charity. This will ensure a smooth pickup.

Packet includes – official race shirt, bib, timing chip for runners, gear check tag, & safety pins.

Parents/legal guardians are responsible for picking up packets for youth

Individual Packet Pickup – if you want someone else to pick up your packet (friend, family member), please text that person a picture of your valid driver’s license, as a signal of your permission to release your items to your friend or family member. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A PACKET TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT A COPY OF THEIR LICENSE (no exceptions).

Group Packet Pickup – race charities with more than 25 registrants can make arrangements with Giving DuPage to pickup packets in bulk – send email to givingdupage@dupageco.org by Monday 4/23 at noon.

Shirt sizes cannot be exchanged at packet pickup. Participants can check back on Race Day for shirt size exchanges.

Registration will be available at packet pickup and donations will also be accepted.

Leftover shirt inventory from last year’s race will be sold at this year’s packet pickup – Adult shirts $2/each and Youth shirts $1/each. Cash Only.

THERE IS A $5 FEE TO PICKUP YOUR PACKET ON RACE DAY. Fee payable in cash, with proceeds going to Giving DuPage.
