Red Arrow Increases Edmonton - Grande Prairie Service!

Red Arrow is proud to announce that we've expanded our service once again and added an additional departure between Edmonton and Grande Prairie, totalling two daily departures out of both centres. We now depart at both 9:30 am and 6:00 pm every day from both Edmonton and Grande Prairie.

With over four months under our belt in Grand Prairie, we're excited to increase access to Edmonton and the rest of our Red Arrow network by adding an additional travel option out of both cities. We know that this morning departure from Grande Prairie and evening return from Edmonton will allow improved access for employment, social and family visits, medical appointments, and/or educational opportunities. Furthermore, it gives passengers an opportunity to better connect to the broader Red Arrow network of other communities in Alberta, such as Fort McMurray, Cold Lake, Camrose, Red Deer, Calgary, and Lethbridge.

"We've been monitoring our ridership closely and to assist in increasing our passenger base, these extra trips will aid in that effort," says Dean Wright, Vice President of Motorcoach. "We're fortunate that in our operations, we have the opportunity to be nimble and respond to the needs of the marketplace, strategically setting our times to answer the call of our passengers and what we believe are their reasons for using our service."

"It's clear that the accessibility of these regions is valued and greatly impacts a considerable segment of our province, " says John Stepovy, Director of Sales and Business Development. "Folks in northern and rural Alberta are particularly affected by accessibility and we're pleased to be able to increase our service to serve the needs of the residents in these communities."

Complete schedule information and reservations for this route are available now at www.redarrow.ca  or by phone at 1-800-232-1958.
