This reminder has landed in your inbox because according to the last, best information shared with the National Board of Episcopal Church Women you are most likely either a diocesan ECW president / convener / liaison. That means there's a good chance you'll be heading a delegation at the ECW Triennial Meeting this summer in Austin, Texas.

If so, there are two TM-related deadlines looming. 

By  February 1st we need your delegate / alternate certification information. We use this information to ensure that the Triennial Meeting packets get to the right people. The first of the packets will be mailed in the near future. The certification process can be handled entirely online. Get all the details here.

And don't forget to let us know by  February 1st  about your diocese's Distinguished Woman.  Every diocese is encouraged to select one woman for this honor. This should be someone whose faith is lived out in both her secular and sacred communities. Distinguished Women will be recognized at Triennial Meeting.  Details, including the form necessary for inclusion in the Distinguished Woman booklet, can be found here.
