Ms. Fox is Vice President and environmental engineer with extensive experience analyzing environmental impacts and liabilities. Her experience includes completing complex due diligence investigations in connection with property transactions and redevelopment projects. Ms. Fox designs, manages, and directs a variety of due diligence site assessments, subsurface investigations, remediation and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience in assessment and response actions under a variety of state and federal regulatory programs.
