Worship 10:00am
Join us as Pastor Melody begins our new sermon series entitled "Relationship with God" to explore a deeper relationship with God.
Our God is always striving to have a closer relationship with us. What is a relationship with God? How do we draw closer to God? Do we even want to?
Pastor Melody's sermon this Sunday is called "
Relationship Status."
Everyone is welcome to stay after the service for fellowship.

On Sunday, May 6, organist
Spencer R. Koger will be playing during our 10am worship service.
He has worked intensively to progress his music studies on both the piano and pipe organ but prefers to continue extensive training towards the organ. He plans on receiving his certificates from the American Guild of Organists, in both Church Music and Performance, by the time he graduates from Christopher Newport University.
Spencer thanks God for giving him the ability to provide music for worship and praise.

Thanks to everyone who has pledged or already given!
$151,290 has been pledged so far, but we need to reach, at least, $155,940 to meet our budgeting goals.
As I'm sure you know, this new chapter in the life of Ghent Church is refreshing. But, it needs your financial support. Please pray for God's guidance about your annual giving. Place your pledge card in the offering plate.
